Application fee for the apartment complex is $50 for every person over the age of 18, or $80 total if it is 2 people who are married. **If you want to apply it will be at the leasing offices of Prairie Hollow apartments, you have to apply in person (paper application), and let Sammi (our property manager) know you are applying to sublease apartment 16 from Trey Hatcher. We are already out of state so if you get the apartment you will pick up the keys from the leasing office like a normal rental.** The contact information for Prairie Hollow Apartments is: phone: (Address: 2500 N Interstate 35, Denton, TX 76201 Hours: open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Saturday. They go out to lunch anytime from 1-3 pm. I handle nothing except the advertising of the apartment for sublease. The front office of Prairie Hollow Apartments handles everything else. Landlord pays water/gas/trash, but renter is responsible for electric bill. Lease is through the end of March. No deposit required, mine transfers to you. Rent is $830 per month.
