    This home is nearly brand new - I only lived in it for 9 months...I'm getting married and bought us a place in Oklahoma City to be closer to most of out activities. This property is located conveniently in Summit Lakes neighborhood in Norman OK. It's on Alameda street about 4 miles east of I-35. It has a brand new fence, aI had a double gate put in so that one could get a boat or trailer in the backyard. It also has a drive-thru 3rd car garage...I had the builder pour another driveway off the second one-car opening so that one could drive a car or motorcycle in one door and out the other - something I did with my Harley. I also put garage door openers on all three doors and programmed on for both little doors so that one could open both the entrance and exit door. It has storage shelves built into the garage(s) and I had them painted white to match. The garage also has a built in workbench with pegboard for tools or whatever you'd like to hang. There's a built in sprinkler system with timer and controls located in the garage. Master bedroom is spacious with a walk in and walk through closet that leads to the utility room/garage.Bedrooms have nice plush carpet and there is tile throughout the rest of the house. This is a totally awesome home - just look at the rest of the photos to see for yourself! I want to rent to a family or person who has a verifiable income and stable history.
