The electric is with Coast Electric Power. The house has been wired and ready for central heat and air has window units in every room the electric bill runs about $200 a month with seven people and the water bill runs about $50-$60 a month. Water has been ran to the efficiency apartment. This house has five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bathrooms have a Jacuzzi tub. You can put a form and animals on the land if you like. Or build more homes/mobile homes. The land can even be divided and sold separately. The neighborhood is quiet not many neighbors nearby. Neighbor can be seen in front yard but the back yard is very private. We have started cleaning the other side of the land because we were going to add another home but we didn’t. The house does not have the outside unit for central heat and air but does have the inside unit located in the attic the house has been wired for central heat and air.
