Private Room w/ Private Bathroom in West Campus Some stuff has come up in my life, and I need to move in with a family member at the end of this month. - 1 bedroom and private bathroom in a 3X2 apartment in the middle of West Campus. It's bedroom C on the floor plan, a 2-story corner unit. - The apartment comes with washer/dryer in unit, a loft, pool, gym, and more! Plus, you'll be living with some amazing girls! - $1124 - Start February 1, 2018, but we are flexible - The whole place is furnished, you just need a bed and anything you need for your bedroom! -There are 2 other girls in the unit, and they are both getting their basics out of the way at ACC. They are sweet girls who are also very considerate and fun to be around, though you may not see much of them as the unit provides a lot of privacy. -No one here smokes :) -Everything is included in the rent except for water which is covered under utilities. Utilities are very cheap compared to the standard rate (I just paid ~$15 for this month) and costs are evenly distributed among residents via SimpleBills. Please, someone, take this off my hands. My family has bee through enough that I'm begging on social media.
