Simple one level ranch style home. Custom build by previous owner. Extremely well insulated. EPA rated very efficient wood-burning fireplace. It can keep the house warm at most any exterior temperature. Of course we have electric baseboard heat as well. That heat works excellent and is very efficient. Interior has been lived in. Nothing fancy. This means that the next owner will probably have to do some inside work to make it fit to his/her taste. The real value is of course the property itself. Plenty of trees, there are 2 approximately 2 acre pastures that have been kept weed free as much as possible. Horse stalls are old but functional.
