Newly inside repainted added a new front door and removed old sliding glass doors and installed 2 new french doors with slider in the middle. Nice sport pool that has a volleyball net . 3' foot on sides and 5' in the middle. It has 5 piers on the east side. The house is very open, appliances are under 7 years old except fridge, but dont know that will stay. It has a gas stove, and i replaced the north facing windows with double pane double hung low e windows. I think this is the perfect location, nicest 3 car wide driveway on the area. 1 min walk to Walmart and just about anything else you would need.I added 2 decks to connect the 2 that were already there with a fire pit in one. Google this property and see for yourself. 1 neighbor on the west side and Walmarts field is behind yard, trees all around and I put up an 8' fence around front side of yard to block view street., lots of privacy. I lived in this house and really liked it, however new wife liked hers better, country house. My father died and I have to sell this house, I don't have the time to put into it.
