Only minutes away from Tampa Airport, I-275, downtown, Ybor, The Aquarium, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and a short drive across the bridge to all of the beaches, this condo was designed and professionally decorated in 2022, making you feel right at home. It features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shared laundry room on site, making it great for a long-term stay or a short, fun-filled weekend. No smoking, no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Minimum rental age is 25. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed.
