Our beautiful house is for rent in Damascus (Montgomery County), MD. Great neighborhood and great school area, (If you want your kids to have a great education please move here). Just next to Germantown and Clarksburg, very close to Mount Airy and Frederick MD. House looks small but is big on the inside. We would like to our tenants that have a good credit score. We would like to see 3 months of current bank statements, 4 current paycheck stubs and rent and utility bills. The house is very beautiful with a total 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom upstairs; two bedrooms and one full bathroom in the basement. Total 2 levels. The pictures are old as there are now wood floors throughout the entire house with no carpets. Also, in the backyard has a studio, you can use for office or other uses. We want the new family to love our house like if it is their own house. Pets is $50-$75 each per month and $250 security deposit for each pet (negotiable). House is available beginning of August.
