We are just past 24th street and potrero, so you are more tucked away from all the street noise while still right in the middle of all the fun! The room is a large multi-residence Victorian with high ceilings and gorgeous crown moldings. You have a shared bathroom, one large kitchen with all necessities (including a Keurig), common area, and lovely dining room. Although the apartment is in a very safe location we still have a front gate for extra security. The current tenants are a postgrad student and the main tenant is a really kind hard working laborer. Common areas are maintained nicely and kept clean. Both of the residents have been very safe during the pandemic and have come across no issues.
