The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, with an additional queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room, sleeping four comfortably. Towels &; linens are provided, and we have most necessities on hand in case you need anything. We respectfully keep noise to a minimum in general and in particular between 10pm & 10am, aiming to be a peaceful retreat. We are pet-friendly and in particular enjoy having dogs around! We keep the furnace on a timer and provide a fan and space heater for micro adjustments. The washer and dryer are in your unit and shared with us. We will organize a convenient time with you to use it a couple times a month. $180/month for utilities and streaming services. Usually once a week there is a Salsa class upstairs if you are interested in joining. Situated in lush Lake Forest Park, your fully furnished Pine Hideaway abuts on lovely forested terrain, just one block from the sprawling trails of 80-acre Hamlin Park. We are just 3 minutes from North City's charming restaurants, cafes, breweries, and stores, plus our favorite independent ($6!) Crest movie theatre. Lake Washington, Third Place Books, and Burke-Gilman trail are just 5 min away,Edmonds, St. Edwards, and the ferries to Whidbey Island all just 15 min jaunts. And it's a 3 min drive to the nearest light rail station) for convenient trips downtown or to the airport! Utilities: included . Deposi: $1000.
