This apartment features air conditioning, heating, a full kitchen, and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning. Centrally located in Orange Beach, you'll have easy access to a variety of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you want to explore the natural beauty of Gulf State Park, indulge in fresh seafood at a waterfront restaurant, or go on a shopping spree at The Wharf, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Beach towels are not provided. There is a full bunk bed with a twin trundle in Bedroom 3.
