House has three bedrooms, two are small and connect with a door, so they make a good bedroom/office combo. One bedroom is large with a private bath and walk-in closet. Property has a great fenced yard, and a bonus rustic cottage space in the back with electricity. To manage expectations, the house has not been updated in many years, so if you're looking for something shiny and modern, this is probably not your place. But it's got sweet, old east Austin vibes and is in a great location. Rented by owner, not a management company. We come with very good recommendations for attentiveness to renter issues :) It's got tenants in it until Dec 31, and my preference is not to disturb them unless you're really interested for an early January move in.
