House has three bedrooms, two are small and connect with a door, so they make a good bedroom/office combo. One bedroom is large with a private bath and walk-in closet. Property has a great fenced yard. To manage expectations, the house has not been updated in many years, so if you're looking for something shiny and modern, this is probably not your place. But it's got sweet, old east Austin vibes and is in a great location. Rented by owner, not a management company. We come with very good recommendations for attentiveness to renter issues :) You can come tour any time, there is a key in a lock box, you just need to let me know when you plan to arrive. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Looking for 1 year lease, but willing to consider other durations.
