Welcome to our home in Dobson Ranch! Available starting March 2nd, this property features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and over two 2000 sq feet of living space. Home is furnished, room and bathroom are not furnished. Storage is limited to the garage. The bedroom being offered is on the ground floor and has easy access to the downstairs bathroom, however, guests may use this bathroom when visiting as it is the only one available on the ground level. This room has a large closet, a fan with a remote, and no carpet - all tile flooring! It is near the garage and laundry room and separate from the other bedrooms upstairs, however light sleepers should be aware that this room is near areas of high traffic. Our shared spaces include 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace and a large smart TV, the other living space has a large smart TV, and a workout area. Near the workout area, we have our dining space, that connects to our beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and SS appliances. In the backyard, our property offers a pool and mature lemon tree. The pool is about 6 ft deep and is not heated or fenced. We also have a seating area and lighting out back to enjoy the sunsets. Parking for one vehicle is available on the street in front of the house. Rent includes all utilities (elec, w/s/t, internet), landscaping, pool care, and access to streaming services we have, including Spotify. Pets will be approved on a case by case basis. We prefer dogs only, and would need to introduce our animals before signing a lease to make sure they are comfortable. Roommates can opt to have a cleaner come in once a month to maintain our space for an additional fee if interested. Deposit is non-refundable. First month's rent due at signing. Roommates Marissa: Owner of the home. She works for a tech company from home and has 1 senior small dog. She enjoys hiking, investing in real estate, spending time with loved ones, and traveling to new places! She is also a vegetarian. Desi: Marissa's niece. She works in Tempe and has 1 medium-sized dog who is 7 years old and a 2 year old albino ball python. Desi loves fashion, tattoos, social media, and podcasts. Victor: Desi's Boyfriend of 8+ years. He works in Tempe and shares a dog with Desi. He loves cars, shoes, and trying out different side hustles. He is also gluten-free. This is a cannabis friendly home, and we are looking for a cannabis friendly roommate. Tours We expect to coordinate tours after Feb 15th once the current tenants have vacated. Smoking: Outside only. Non-Cigarette smokers preferred, Cannabis smokers are welcome. Pets: Dogs preferred and approved on a case by case basis. No cats, other animals may be approved upon review. No pet fees, however owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages, injuries, or hardships caused by their pets. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Washer and Dryer is available in-unit and across from the bedroom.
