We've separated the house into two apartments. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is on the main floor. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. For additional sleeping, we've added another twin bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room. In total, the space can sleep up to 10 people. There is a full kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 full bathrooms (each with a tub), dining, and living space. An added plus is the washer and dryer. The house is aging. We've added on a new bathroom, however, the rest of the house still retains its historic charm. If you're looking for an updated, modern home this is not the right fit for your group! If you're looking for a home in a great location that is decently priced, this is the place for you! There is plenty of parking on site. The driveway leads to a space that can fit about 3 cars at the back of the house. Please be respectful of the tenant upstairs as to not block them in. There is additional parking on the street.
