You will not need to enter the main house, and the space is completely separate. A family lives in the main home, and they will use the driveway for parking. Parking for the studio tenant is available along the side of the house. We also have two friendly dogs on the property, so applicants should be comfortable being around dogs. We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, kind, and easy to communicate with. This space would be a great fit for a student, young professional, or anyone looking for a quiet and affordable private living space.
