Right off Sooner / Rockcreek , in NE Norman. Tenant to pay all utilities, and keep up with yard maintenance ( We can leave a mower if needed.) No smoking inside please. Only those listed in the lease are to be living there. Please be honest with any pets, we allow pets, but would need a deposit to ensure our property doesn't get damaged, also the backyard is on the small side, and most of the neighbors surrounding the home do not have dogs. Any big plumbing issues caused by tenant could be billed. We can also leave our washer/ dryer for use, but would not replace.
