Very nice 2 bedroom move in condition other than its been lived in and could use a little cleaning and touch up . Mom owns this is 87 and even with all the ammenities and great senior transportation we could do better in a assisted living were getting a little isolated here from lack of mobility but it is nice and safe . We will put up a high price the unit next door is for sale and its hard to get two duplexes attached like families want . You can buy the place next door cheaper and add this to guarantee that with zero work worry and waiting have your ajoining units . To some it would be worth a high price and I firmly believe that appreciation will catch you up to in a few years more than likely so we both will win . The appliances and furniture are negotiable and we would be very flexible at the price qouted we are both very ill . The ammenities are so good here for us we will stay until we absolutely cannot or you make us move . There is a two car garage on this unit with a opener . The adjoining duplex for sale in the 150's is 2507 Lambdin Dr. I am not sure who its listed with at this time you will have to make some calls and look in the MLS . We are not agressively selling but if you wanted 2 adjoining units ( some connect a inside door you must check first if its legal :-) per association rules ) Then it might be worth it to pay up for this one you decide . The back lanai is enclosed with carpet and used as a tv room . This is a great place the slump in the housing market came at a ba time for us but its a wonderful opertunity these sold for 172,000+ a few years back . Thanks .
