I live on 2505 Spruce St Boulder Co 80302, it's very close to campus and there is a HOP bus stop available two mins away as well as a b cycle station right across from the street. The rent is around 850 with fixed utilities. Wifi is also available. The apartment is fully furnished. I do have a male roommate who will be living there for the semester but there's no gender preference. The space will have 1 bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with kitchen and living room fully equipped.
