Fishtown is famously bike-able. 1,600 rent plus utilities to be paid by tenant. The home is available for move-in June 01, 2025, though there is some flexibility for the right tenant. Rent will be paid in full on the 1st of each month in the form of Venmo. Personal check or cash also OK. Payments made after the 5th of any month will require a $25 late fee. To move in, the tenant will need to provide first month's rent and a $1,600 security deposit. That is $3,200 in total. Pets *MAY* be OK for the right tenant who will respect the newly renovated home.
