This is the only resort in Tampa that gives you that tropical Gulf Beach feel with out driving to the Gulf. Additionally, we are only a few minutes from the airport and very central to most of Tampa's great attractions. The grounds have everything anyone could desire, including a fishing pier, fire pit, poolside restaurant, volleyball court, large deck on the Bay and much more. The unit itself was completely gutted and upgraded to create a warm, home type feel. Everything is relatively new and in excellent working condition. We also designed a unique kitchen island for a more open feel. The water heater and the AC are only a few years old and well maintained. It would be fun to live here, however I think it would be best served as an investment property. This is a Condo Hotel and you are allowed to capitalize on over night stays, which is rare. We manage rentals ourself and do very well, making a PROFIT of well over $20K each year - and I have the financials to prove it! However, there is also a good on-site rental program to help you as well. The board does a good job with the property upkeep and managing finances.
