Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
