THE SPACE In the upper floor there is a large lofty space with a kitchen, a working space and a relaxing balcony with a view of the palm trees surrounding the canals. In the living room you will be entertained by a 55-inch TV with all Cable TV channels included and a Dolby surrounding system. In the lower floor a room with a queen bed and a TV, a bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids, a bathroom and a walk-in closet with washer and dryer. The wind and the sunlight entering from the numerous windows will do the rest and transform this place in the perfect starting point for experiencing Venice, LA and the whole SoCal vibrant atmosphere! GUEST ACCESS The whole house, except for the garage, will be available to the guest. There is only a large balcony as outdoor space and a partially covered garage outside of the house. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please take note that the entrance to the property is at the back alley. The upper level of the bunk bed located at the second room should be used by a child only. The upper bed has a weight limit of 200 pounds; whereas the bottom one has a limit of 450 pounds. There is no A/C in the unit, but ceiling fans and the natural ocean breeze will make your stay cool and comfortable! Located in Los Angeles, California, United States.
