Lease Term & Renewal This Agreement shall begin on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date], constituting a fixed-term lease of six (6) months. Upon successful completion of this initial term, and at the sole discretion of the Landlord, the lease may be extended for an additional six (6) months, resulting in a total lease term of twelve (12) months.
