House Rules Tenant agrees to abide by reasonable house rules: - Cleanliness of common areas: dishes, dusting/wiping down surfaces, and sweeping/vacuuming, when necessary - Proper use of appliances - Quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM - No pets - One vehicle per contract permitted on premises and only street parking allowed Grandfather Clause Current resident, has occupied residence since 2016. Current tenant has two dogs that are permitted by the Landlord to reside on the premises. Current tenant has access to the driveway and garage as permitted by the Landlord. Current tenant may be seen as a point of contact if the Landlord cannot be reached for whatever reason.
