A nice home to live in, very safe community surrounded by all shopping for groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops (the Coffee Grinder), Publix, Walmart, FSCJ Deerwood campus, and more all can be reached by walking as well. It is very close to the Town Center Mall and centrally located to the north, south, east, and west of JAX (beaches, Southside, Riverside, Orange Park). It has a very nice, safe environment and the best view. I enjoyed living there myself, and I miss it after moving out of town. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, well maintained and decorated with paint and some items; built with high ceilings and ceiling fans as a bonus. One of the ceiling fans is remotely controlled only in the reception room; the others are not. All appliances are available to make your life easier: new kitchen appliances with a recent style of stainless steel for cold water and ice, a dishwasher, a nice stove without heat elements (new style), a water heater, and a washer and dryer inside the apartment, as well as a fireplace in the reception room and a mini bar in the dining room. The unit has a Florida room (porch and patio). At the main driveway entrance, at the very beginning of the community, it's a very elite and nice neighborhood, with friendly and good people living there. The view from the porch balcony overlooks the tennis court; from the main door entrance, you can see the clubhouse and the pool. Save yourself the hassle of searching; it is a choice you will never regret: living in a nice community and a nice apartment with some goodies (two TVs and a dining table are included and can be removed if not needed).
