We have 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, and 2 twin-size folding beds for children that can be placed in the living room or office. There is a $200 per month charge if you have more than 6 people, and negotiable depending on adults and kids and cars. OVERVIEW: The Taurus Retreat vacation home has just been remodeled as a modern tropical luxury villa. Private heated pool and hot tub, the pool deck has open pocket doors to bring the outside in, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, an ample living room, den, and a 2-car garage. We paid close attention to detail on each living space providing a relaxed atmosphere, yet featuring state-of-the-art appliances and security systems. Salt Water, automated systems, electric heater, Alexa-powered pool, lighting and sound, Bluetooth speaker, and a whole-house reverse osmosis water filtration system just to name a few. We also have 4 HD flat-screen TVs, Poker Table, 6 Bikes so you can explore the area, Fishing Gear, and more. CANAL AND BOATING: (Note Hurricane Ian was here, so we do not know the effects on surrounding boating areas at this time.) The canal behind the property offers Gulf access. Our seawall is boat-friendly with heavy-duty boat bumpers and tie-downs so we can accommodate a 35 ft. boat. We also have an angled ladder allows you to easily bring down your Kayaks into the water. Guest access Plenty of parking spaces in our driveway and garage. Getting-around tips can be found in our Guidebook. Other things to note Internet/WIFI Disclaimer: We have satellite internet. It is the fastest and most expensive internet available in our area but it has latency issues at times, so it's not ideal for gaming, VPN, or online video calls. Comcast is brining high speed soon (Hurricane may slow that down), and we are also on the waiting list to upgrade to StarLink. Please have in mind Cape Coral area is an upcoming developing vacation destination. We will be upgrading to faster service the moment it is available in our area. While you are in the house, the roof may be repaired, and the cage/screening around the pool. However, this will be minimal impact on you. Parking is no issue, street parking and 2 car garage with a long driveway. No RV or boat parking is allowed. We do have many extras we can discuss keeping on site, including games, bikes, fishing gear and more.
