This is a huge historic house with plenty of space! It is located in the fan and within walking distance to all of your favorite local restaurants and bars. The house itself has 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and den. The room available for rent is technically two rooms that are separated by a door. That means two closets! The previous roommate used one for her bedroom and the other for an office. You can reference the pictures below. Each roommate has their own bathroom for privacy. There is central air, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as a small backyard. Each room has a beautiful fireplace that add to the historic charm. Rent is $725 and we are responsible for all utilities which averages about $100 depending on the season. As for the current tenants, we are two female young professionals in our late 20's. Non-smoking. We enjoy having a glass of wine and watching Netflix. We are not "party animals", but do enjoy socializing. There is also a cat that can be quite entertaining. However, we are not allowed to have any more pets on the property...sorry. We are looking for a laid back, considerate, and clean female roommate to join us in our new lease! The official new lease begins July 1, but the move in date can be flexible based on your needs as our current roommate will be moving out soon. No undergrads please.
