Tenant is also responsible for their own utilities. FYI -- the city of Middletown charges a $200 deposit to turn the water on - be prepared for that. SMALL dog ONLY (under 50 lbs). $25 extra per month for a dog. Per our Insurance Company...Under no circumstances can you have any of the following dogs - NO EXCEPTIONS Akita - Chow - American Staffordshire Terrier - Bull Mastiff - Doberman - Pit Bull - Presa Canario - Rottweiler - German Shepherd - Wolf Hybrid OR any mix of these dogs. NO CATS AT ALL due to severe allergies, sorry. Please send a message if you are interested. Once I receive your message I will contact you regarding the showing information. Once you see the house and are still interested, you MUST fill out the Zillow application that has a link in the listing. Please fill it out in its entirety. If there are two people going on the lease, then both people need to fill out an application. I will review all applications and let you know if you are being considered or not. This process will take SEVERAL days as I anticipate receiving a LOT of applications. Please be patient. **We never list our rentals on Marketplace so please do not fall for any scams. We will NOT ask you for any application fee separate from what you will pay directly to Zillow ($35). 1st month's rent and security deposit are due at the time you sign the lease. Our lease is for 1 year then automatically reverts to month-to-month
