Everything is included: electric, water, cable and wifi. 3 month minimum but I prefer 6 months or a year. The pool is right outside your door and the laundry room is right around the corner. A community gas grill is also right outside the door. There's a private beach for you to use however a $250.00 key deposit is required if you decide that you want to use this beach. Pompano and Deerfield Beaches are close to this apt. This is a very quiet community. No pets are allowed. A $90.00 cleaning fee is deducted from your security at the end of the lease. A background check is mandatory before the Lease begins which will be $100 that is non-refundable. This apartment is available for next season at seasonal rates. If you rent the apartment for six months or longer during the season you will not have to pay seasonal rates.
