Many restaurants(30-40) just down the road on 35. It is a quiet and crime free area of Burleson. The house is located on 1/2 acre of very wooded property. Easy to maintain and is also close to shopping as well, 5-10 minutes away. The house should be ready to move in on 10/06/2025. It has been remodeled new floring, and new stove as well. The property has an irrigation system and in the summer it needs to be watered 2x a week. I am easy to work with and flexible. I maintain the property and resolve issues within the day for repairs. I take good care of my renters as long as they take care of the property. I am kind and responsible and I expect the same in return.
