This lease is for one year, at $1000 a month with a one time $300 security deposit. You will be expected to cover internet and electricity. All other utilities for the house will be covered by the landlord. We are counting on you to maintain the yard. You may use the tools and mower in the garage. Feel free to improve the yard in any way (vegetables, plants) but please check with us before planting any trees You may hang pictures if you pre-drill a pilot hole and use a screw (plaster walls). We've left a good amount of screws in the wall because the walls are a hassle to work with. Please check with us before mounting anything large (like a tv) but feel free to mount any furniture you feel may be a tipping hazard. Any smoking should be done outside.
