He is really quiet and shy person and never have party. And the other room is empty. Rent fee is $697 per month but I payed for June already so you just pay since July. Rent fee includes all utility. You can move in whenver you want and you just pay since July and deposit is $697 ( you get your money back). The lease is until 8/13. However, I will give you $200 because in august you pay full price but you can just live there until august 13 so I will give you $200 cash right away + pay for the application fee and the re-let fee. I loved this place but I am going back to my country ( South Korea ) to serve army so I just needed sublet. And the reason why i give you discount is because i had someone who said he was going to take my place but suddenly he changed his mind so i just need to find sublet as soon aspossible otherwise I have to pay for whole summer even though i m not living there.
