This is a great two-bedroom 2.5 bath townhome, almost brand new building/appliances. Great neighborhood, quiet, close to campus. Google still hasn't put the street on their map. My lease ends August 31 but I would like to leave sometime July 11 to July 31. You would need to apply just like a new tenant to the property management. To consider a replacement, the management company would require you or a cosigner to have a credit score 620 or greater and an income three times the rental amount. They might increase the rent to $1075 starting Sept 1. Hookups for washer and dryer are in a closet on the second floor. Pets okay with some dog breed restrictions. Smoking is allowed on the front porch and on the back patio but not inside. Take over my lease
