The house has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. You can fit four cars in the garage and we also have storage. There is an outdoor kitchen and we also accept those who want to rent only one room. Palisades community is a quiet and cold place. It is also close to bus stops, Walmart, and Foodland. Call or message us if you want to see the house. Renter is responsible for electric and water. Renter is responsible for anything they break after they move in. Tours are available from Monday to Friday, except Sunday and Saturday.
