Comfortable, in a really safe area, near an elementary - good family neighborhood. Low maintenance, mature landscaping. MEchanical systems all replaced. Roof new in 2005. Pool is easy maintenance, new pump, etc. 3 years ago. Great neighbors. 4 phone lines for home business. W/D stays, too. Neighborhood Description Neighborhood is very safe. I honestly have never heard of an incident (stolen cars, break-in, etc. ) happening and I've lived here since 1995! There are many families, young families who like living near an award-winning elementary. Kids walk or ride their bikes to school. It's easy to get anywhere from this neighborhood.
