I have personally lived in this house and found the neighbors to be pleasant and helpful. The neighbors on each side of the property have been long time tenants who are friendly and approachable. The back yard is quite large and has a chain link fence to enclose any pets you may have. All main appliances are included with this rental for your convenience as well.
