Looking for a great person to move into the available room in my house. I rent two rooms and one is opening up soon. The room is available beginning October 1. Term of the lease is a minimum of 6 months but pretty much everyone stays well beyond that. The current tenants have been here for 4.5 and 2 years. $950/month includes utility payments (gas/electric/internet/trash/water/etc.) AND professional house cleaning every 3 weeks. The house has FIOS high-speed internet and Roku for streaming. All common areas of the house are included. This isn't one of those weird rentals that doesn't let you use the kitchen or or laundry or something ridiculous like that. This room shares a bathroom with the other rented room. Washer/dryer units are conveniently located on the 3rd floor where all the bedrooms are. You'll have street parking, which there's plenty of right by the house. There's a foosball table which you'll get into even if you don't already know you'll like it. About me: 40s professional, male, pretty laid-back, into sports and traveling. You should be: easy going, clean, reliable, and fun. Stone Ridge is a great community. It's located right next to South Riding and Chantilly. Ashburn, Sterling, Brambleton, Broadlands, Herndon, and Centreville are all close by. There are a bunch of shopping centers with grocery, restaurant, and entertainment options nearby. It's very convenient for people working or go to school in Loudoun, Fairfax, or Prince William counties. Do you work closer to the city than that? No problem, there are shuttles from the neighborhood that go all the way into DC and back throughout the rush hours. There's also a bus to the closest Metro stop. The neighborhood has 3 pools, running paths, and a recently upgraded gym that's included with living here. It's very accessible to Loudoun's fantastic winery and brewery scene and let's be honest that's reason enough to live here. Plus Hammerdown BBQ place is awesome and right up the road.
