The unit is in an area that is busy during the day but very quiet at night and on weekends. This neighborhood does not support loud music or outdoor parties. We also do not provide student housing. Renting during this crazy pandemic has been a challenge for many reason. Because of that we have set a list of requirements. We will run a credit check, proof of income and criminal background check for all tenants as a standard process. Month to Month Furnished Unit - 3 Month Minimum - month to month after that is possible at landlords discretion. We will not issue a full year lease. Please note - this house was built in the late 19th century and is not new construction. The decor reflects a historic feel. We do not allow vacation rentals/sublets.
