Location... Location... Loca... nope; Pool! (I bet you thought I was going to say location again, didn't you?). Great family home with a fabulous backyard, side yard and yes Pool (with waterfall). Great corner lot with wash behind (no neighbor). Wonderful split floor plan with grand master bath with separate soaking tub and shower. Side yard has beautiful pergola and the backyard is fully covered in artificial turf (except for the pool part). No stones no weeds. Enclosed and tiled Arizona room, garage storage and most importantly within walking distance to MOD Pizza. Desert living doesn't get any better than this - I've checked.
