I have a 3 Bedroom 1 Bath in need of a bit of TLC. Open house tomorrow 7/17 from 12-8 It does need work, nothing serious just needs finished. We have out grown the trailer and have bought a house with lots of land as we wanted. We're finishing some renovations on the house including repainting most rooms. Pictures of the bedrooms will be coming once they're finished. Remember, paint can be changed. When I bought this trailer originally I put in: Ripped out all carpet throughout the entire house and added laminate in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway. I added a bunch of new trim to the house. Re-tiled the bathroom, bought a new toilet, and added in a double bowl sink in the bathroom. Added carpet in the bedrooms. Added all new interior doors as they all had giant holes in them from previous owners. Repainted the entire interior of the house. Newer water meter replaced. *CARPET where dogs sleep was replaced on 7/9/2016. *Bathroom was pretty much finished up on 7/9/2016. Needs: Back deck spindles need added to the deck. Could redo the heat tape under the trailer. Bathroom will need the walls finished up to look better. (I pretty much finished this up on 7/9/2016) Random touch ups throughout. Transition strips between rooms need put in. GOOD: This is on one of the biggest LOTS in Imperial Point mobile home park. Off street parking for two cars and a decent size shed. Yard is fenced in (no gate however) We're leaving: Dish Washer Gas Stove Washer and Dryer. ***WILL NEED YOUR OWN FRIDGE*** Please understand this place needs work, its not a NEW trailer.. its going to require a little loving.. NO RENT TO OWN.. I don't want to be your land lord. We need until the end of July. Cash is the answer, buyer pays transfer fee's at notary for the title transfer. (Less work than buying a car). HOUSE IS SOLD AS-IS. ***Does not have central air.*** I will add the other two rooms as soon as I'm done painting them today. Room1: (RED) Used as Master Room2: (Dark Blue) Room3: (Grey)
