There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and 1 full bathroom. The home sleeps 5 comfortably. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. This home is very spacious , with a galley style kitchen and comfortable living room with large tv. The upstairs has a large game room/tv room with a twin bed. The house has large picture windows to capture the spectacular views of Pioneer peak and the surrounding mountains. This home is a vacation home in the summers and there are two bungalows on the same property that are rented out throughout the year. Absolutely no pets allowed due to allergies. Please don't message us if you have a pet. All utilities included if they don't exceed what has currently been used or exceeded. No smoking inside, Absolutely No pets allowed! Parking is in front of the house for two cars. No camper or utility vehicles allowed.
