The only thing that the room needs to share with the rest of the house is the washer and driver We have a studio to rent in Palo Alto. It has its own private entrance, with its own bathroom. It also has its own sink. Cooking is allowed in the unit. Note that the studio won't be available starting 03/19/2025. So the maximum amount time we can rent is 4 months. Location: - Quite neighborhood in Palo Alto, with great public schools (9, 9, 9) - 8 min driving distance (16 min biking distance) to Stanford - 8 min driving distance (16 min biking distance) to Google Mountain View campus - 15 min driving distance to Google Sunnyvale campus - 5 min driving distance (11 min biking distance) to Walmart or Target Landords: My husband and I are both tech professionals. We live in the same house, but with our private entrance to other parts of the house. We are very friendly and easy-going. We would love to support you as much as possible. We can either furnish the place or leave as it is, depending on what you need. Single occupancy only.
