Super convenient location! 15 minutes away from Stone Mountain, 30 min away from Atlanta, 40 minutes away from the Airport and a few minutes away from everything else. Nearby groceries, such as Publix, Kroger, Food Depot, Walmart, and others, Asian and Latin Markets near by, shops such as NorthLake Mall, The Forum, Hobby Lobby, Target, HomeGoods are all easy accessible, a couple of CVSs and a Walgreens nearby. We are also surrounded by parks, Lilburn park being among my favorite. We have a great variety of international cousins near by, such as African, Asian and Latin Food; Eat from restaurants like Antico, Tucker Brewery (with Live Music), First Watch and more. Hope you like cats, we have many around the neighborhood and they are gorgeous. We are also currently fostering a friendly dog, any concerns feel free to communicate. All utilities paid for, such as, internet, water, electricity, and gas. Your parking is steps away, literally just across us. We are lucky to have a visitor's parking area in front of ours, wohoo! If you are clean and neat we will become besties. Complementary cleaning will be ALSO taking place every ~30 days. (Please place sheets, towels and rugs in a corner and allow cleaners entrance to the room). Get comfortable showing your feet! Smoking Free Room and Neighborhood. Enjoy of the available perks in the room, and once you gave it a nice use please return it and put it back where it belongs. We will give you a copy of the Townhouses Covenant for you to read. (Great future reference for when you decide to own yourself). Do NOT trespass, stay save. In the rare occasion of missing rent, we would talk about it. (You can stay if you catch up with rent and pay a $15 penalty).
