Hello there! My lovely roomate is moving out next month since she has found a rent free assistant living opportunity. If you are looking for a quiet area near shopping centers, including a mall an exit away this is it! Room has a loft which has been loved by previous roomate aince it allows for a nice little loft set up. About our family... we love to travel, try a good little coffee spot and are big foodies. We are both college graduates and now working professionals. We have a soon to be 4 year old, he is respectful of your space and has actually bonded very well with our past 2 roomates. They even have babysat for us in the past! We have two schnauzer brothers we rescued as puppies, who are about to turn 6 on the 11th of November. Home has a nice deck for breakfast and coffee mornings. My current roomate loves them and often takes them on hikes. They are loving and friendly. We would like to find someone who is also a working professional or student. No month to month as we don't want random people in and out. No smoking! We are looking for a roomate who can keep common areas such as kitchen clean and be courteous when it comes to not leaving lights on all day and night if not home, as we are trying to keep utilities for you as low as possible in this crazy economy! No drama please! You will have your own bathroom and access to all of the kitchen items. We have hosted exchange students for the past 8 years with the exception of 2 years when Covid was not allowing the exchange program to take place. So we love all sorts of foods and cultures. We truly respect your space and cherish our weekends as we work quite a bit! Which is why we choose to share our home. We are essentially looking for someone to stay for 12 months as we don't want people coming in and out of the house every few months. Our roomates have always renewed their lease and had a good experience here. Looking for someone who is drama free.
