I have 2 cats. Plenty of unmarked parking available. Access to fully equipped kitchen, living room with 80" TV for your movie experience pleasure, and my streaming options. Lots of seating with 3 couches and one pulls out to a bed for family to visit and stay over. Small dog or cat welcomed. My cats are friendly. My glasses in lanai is used as my "cat room" there are 2 cat trees and litter box out there to keep them out of the home space. They love their own quiet space to sleep in the heat. I leave the windows open for them. They have a cat door to come in and out as they please. No less than a one year lease. Security deposit also due at signing. If rent is late there will be a late fee of $150. If you need to break the lease you will be responsible for the duration of the lease agreement or 3 months rent which ever is lower. Absolutely no smoking of anything in the condo or on Lanai. You may vape, as I do vape nicotine no illicit drugs on the premises. You can park in any unnumbered space available in front of the building. Parking always available. Owner pays all bills. Rent covers everything. Rent must be on time every month to cover expenses. It is expected that you clean up after yourself. Treat my home as if it were your own. I have a Dyson in a mutual location for your use at any time. This includes dusting if needed. Also if the trash is full empty it and take to conveniently located enclosed dumpster only steps away from unit. I tend to take it out when it is almost full on my way out for work most times. I will provide all trash bags for shared space. As well as paper towels.
