Tenant agrees not to destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the property. APPEARANCE & UPKEEP OF PROPERTY: 17. Monthly inspection and cleaning; $200 will be charged monthly for professional cleaning for all stays greater than 28 nights. 18. Tenant agrees to keep the rental unit in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition and not litter the property. 19. Tenant is responsible for notifying the owner if batteries or lightbulbs need to be replaced. 20. The rental of this property is for transient use only and does not constitute an establishment of residency, regardless of the length of stay.
