On the inside, installed vinyl plank floor with quiet underlayment and replaced ALL the tile because clean grout make me happy. Replaced all the carpet, closets too. Painted the whole inside including all the cabinets, replaced all the counter tops, and added a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. Added crown to the cabinets and the master bedroom. Replaced all the baseboards with nice 3 inch. Refinished the tubs and showers so they look nice. Replaced the back door. Cleaned up the front and mulched the beds. On the outside, pressure washed, fixed the wood rot, painted the exterior, replaced one side of the fence and fixed the gate, replaced the roof last week. AC and Water heater looked good to me.
