No illegal drugs, obnoxious, offensive odors to others, quiet hours and reasonably community standards and behaviors are enforced. Pets may only be good housebroke, reasonably quiet, clean, trained/behaved, vaccinated dogs only. And you must pick up after dog. Pet fee is $50 per stay. More rules/terms shall be reviewed in rental agreement.
