This is a 2-room unit with a full bathroom. These room are about 250 square feet each. They both have a kitchen and have nice bright windows with mini blinds. They each have a super nice size closet with wood floors! They each come with an area rug. One of the rooms has a nice desk area with shelves as seen in the photos. They are located on the 2nd floor of this house. One room faces the south and one room faces the north. They have separate door on each unit. The bathroom is nice and big and right next to the 2 rooms. We do not allow any pets and we also do not allow any type of smoking inside or outside on the property whatsoever! You must have income to cover the rent and the utilities and have great rental references and good credit! The rent is $775 for 1 person renting both units and for 2 people, the rent is $975. The utilities run about $180 or so each month for this lease (both rooms-not each). This does not include the internet, but is wired for USI and does not include cable. The deposit is $1000. The application fee is $45.00 per person. This could be rented to a couple just starting out that does not have much furniture and it could be rented out to one single person that would have both rooms and the bathroom or 2 roommates that would have their own living space and both use that bathroom (which does have a bathtub). We would not rent it to 3 people (not big enough for 3 people! It would not work if you had a lot of furniture and super huge beds. Please know that there is not an elevator (as it is a house) and there are steps up and down to the main door, laundry room and the backyard. You would have the use of that super nice fenced in backyard and the washer and dryer. The rooms are small but are bright and cute and updated and super clean!! It is a super quite house with great tenants and great neighbors. It is on the bus line and parking is in front of the house and alongside of the house. This is available July or August.
