A short ride to a paved bike path Arrival, Access, and Parking: -- Accessing the property: 1 flight of stairs from the carport to the front door. 1 flight of stairs from the entry/main level to the 2nd floor with bedrooms 1&2. 1 flight of stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor with bedroom #3 and the loft bedroom. -- Parking: 1 spot in our carport next to the condo. 1 spot in overflow parking across from the condo. We will provide parking passes. -- Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The condo is off of a well plowed, major road but when the snow is piling up, sometimes the plows take a bit to clear all streets & parking lots.
