The bedroom has its own closet and spacious bathroom. It is the only bedroom of the 3 that is located downstairs, which is convenient and great if you like your own space. The duplex itself is great, with a backyard, washer and dryer connections, half bath for any guests, and ample living space. The room is available immediately and the current lease runs until August. However, the room is also available for the following year so the lease can be extended. Utilities and cable are split three ways between each of the roommates. Its a great place to leave, and I would stay... but i had to graduate someday i guess!!
